Natural and Legal Persons, customers of the Bank, registered with the Registrar of Importers and Exporters of the DGA-AFIP (the Argentine Customs Administration of the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Income)

Term

Capital Goods and Turnkey Export Contracts: Up to 10 (ten) years.

Durable consumer goods: Up to 2 (two) years.

Other goods: Up to 1(one) year.

Financial Support

Capital Goods, Durable Consumer Goods: Up to 100% of FOB value or equivalent value.

Turnkey Export Contracts: Up to 85% of FOB value or equivalent value –

Guarantee

Bills of Exchange guaranteed by a foreign Branch of the Bank or a foreign bank with Head Office or controlling company rated “B” or higher (international rating) or by a foreign Bank, satisfactory to BNA, or which is authorized to operate under Reciprocal Payments and Credit Agreements signed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina.

Irrevocable Letters of Credit issued by a foreign Branch of the Bank or a foreign bank with Head Office or controlling company rated “B” or higher (international rating) or by a foreign Bank, satisfactory to BNA, or which is authorized to operate under Reciprocal Payments and Credit Agreements signed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina.
